What Happens At Dance

FreeForm Dance Seattle is located at the Northgate Community Center only a few blocks from Interstate 5 near Northgate Mall.

Our hall is the gorgeous multi-purpose room on the south end of the building. The building is right behind the library, to the east. Please feel free to park anywhere in the large parking lot at the north end for the community center and the library, or adjoining streets, or the northgate mall across the street.

Opening circle will start at 10:15 am. You are welcome to enter starting at 10 am. Changing rooms are provided, along with showers. There are no lockers. You may place your things along a designated area in the dance hall or in the lobby.

Dance is $10.

We begin music very close to 10:15 am. The actual dance with music is 75 minutes.

Free Form Dance Dance begins with a very short opening circle. We welcome you to the space and breathe deeply.

Dance ends with a closing circle. People may have the opportunity to share very briefly anything they’d like to express from their dance; their observations, experience, feelings, ideas. There is no requirement to share. There is no requirement to stay for this closing circle.
