Here in Seattle we hold a dance many Saturday mornings from 10:15 – 11:45 am. Everyone is welcome, with or without experience. Always a funk song, always dance-able, inspiring, positive music. Always a big variety with  something for everyone. Bring your dancing body, your movement, you. The only requirement is the desire to move and dance!

Doors open 10am, we begin at 10:15am.

Everyone is welcome, all ages, all shapes and sizes, all abilities..

This is your time to dance….a place to move the way you want.

No choreography, no expectations, no instructions, all held in a safe container.
