This is a natural physical prayer, a community of spirits, a time to move your body and make subtle or enormous shifts in perception, energy and direction.

Our vision: 50 people every week. It will happen. Be a part of the beginning.
This dance is a service to our community, the people we live with in this world. This is not a money-making venture, if that matters. The space is gorgeous and big and costs $200 every week, and then we have other expenses plus MUSIC to buy.

WOW that was such an excellent workout. High energy, high inspiration, great mix of current dance, solid rockin’ hip songs (including Rock The Casbah The Clash) and other beautiful upbeat joyful tunes. So grateful to dance like this on Saturday mornings!
